Some special rulings

 Spiritualism,Empathy and Charity rather than Materialism, Intolerance & Inflexible behavior 

RULINGS

Daily wage system + monthly income (Prophet Muhammad s a.w.w ordered to give the payment before the sweat dries)

2.Punctuality for Salat or any kind of worship at the workplace.Extra time included for that in the office/work hours

3.Hijab and religious dress code should be prioritized.Hijab or atleast cover of str in Muslim females.Those not covering properly would not be taunted too,or harassed.

4.Care for relationships and empathy rather than typical robotic professionalism (Prophet Muhammad's s.a.w.w style)

5.Work efficiency and positive results rather than just "no late policy".

6.Paid paternal and maternal leaves for 4-6 months, including those during pregnancy (Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w did not allow Companion Uthman r.a to participate in Ghazwa when his wife was pregnant)

7.No leaves would be rejected if they are for immediate family member (wife, children,parents, siblings).On the contrary,removal from Ajr system if the reason was false

8.Least work in Ramadans/fasting days (every religions fasting days would be respected) and extremes of temperature.Work from home would be prioritized.

9.Six shifts rather than three so that qelulah (mid day sleep ) is possible.Also it would increase employment rates.

10.Special quota for those included in M package (Africans,dalits,shudirs, handicapped,raped, stigmatized people)

11.NO discrimination between males and females, different races,sects, religions and between usual population and those from M package.Any kind of harassment would not be tolerated at all,they would be removed from ajr system 

12.No intolerance for any religion,no islamophobia or the culprit would be removed from ajr system and the workplace 

13.Charity and/or Zakat from every institute/workplace whether lesser or greater in amount.

14.In case of any disability, injury, accident etc of the worker,whether it happened in the workplace or not,the worker's payment would be continued though could be in lesser amount.The services would not be effected anyhow.

15.Special time for religious teachings, religious ethics and specially Quran and science.(Islam is usually labelled so promoted in this system)

16.No pork,wines or alcoholic drinks,non zabihah in Muslims at the workplace.(Other religion followers could continue but not publicly)

17.Shares would be available directly rather than third parties.

18.Cash on delivery wherever possible (hand to hand as ordered)

19.Some work offered on daily basis,by each institute for the unemployed.Payment would be given on the same day with other workers.

20.No life insurance but every facility would be covered by the institute whatever the salary is

21.Mega Sponsor would be responsible for the quality of work in these institutes as they are cooperating at international level,whether by sharing of departments,or online connection through screens or holograms,or the rotations.

22.Payments to those working from abroad ,would be in the currency, adopted by Ajrs centre.
 

23.Earning opportunities by Sponsor through creating different events.

24.Trainings and jobs for  preferably holographic or online screenic jobs.Also different holographic or screenic branches by MS and in some cases sponsors

26.Religious moralities and "Book's" discussion at every workplace weekly.Special consideration for promoting good behavior and forbiddance of sinful behavior, regular departments at every workplace or atleast Eco unit.

27.Strict Equality in the basic necessities i.e food, healthcare, education etc.

(These are) the ones who were expelled from their homes without any just reason, except that they say “Our Lord is Allah.” Had Allah not been repelling some people by means of some others, the monasteries, the churches, the synagogues and the mosques where Allah’s name is abundantly recited would have been demolished. Allah will definitely help those who help Him (by defending the religion prescribed by Him.) Surely Allah is Powerful, Mighty.22:40 Quran

Respect and good attitude towards righteous non Muslims who are not violent or abusive

and He does not forbid you to deal kindly and justly with anyone who has not fought you for your faith or driven you out of your homes: God loves the just.60:8 Quran

No divisions/sects

He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus - to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him]. 42:13 Quran
