Lowest group at every workplace,doing the hardest part of work,physically,usually standing under direct sunlight
Every "head" is required to work with them physically,to understand them well.(Prophet of Mercy used to take turns for slave Bilal r.a,for physical work)
This "malnourished" person is carrying that much load on his back (we don't know about his bone density,and the status of his spine and the finger joints too),with nothing to wear on his feet.We don't know for how many hours he has been working.We can provide drones or machines or other things to help him.See his clothes too.Is this humane treatment?No.
Why is he doing it?So that he could earn "money" to eat and feed his family.
Now see this person below.He is working under direct sunlight, again malnourished and might be dehydrated and doing this manually while he could be provided with such drones.If not drones then there could be sprinklers and shades to provide temporary roofs.
Note it, maybe his whole family would be some sort of slaves in this "economic system"
SEU should be giving such humane treatment to such a worker ,as he would do with his brother,helping him wherever he needs or working occasionally with him in the field.(See the example of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w doing physical work for the black slave companion Bilal r.a. and even making him the Muazzin,the one who calls for prayers) .Every SEU or the main organizer in Ajr, should be necessarily doing things physically with the workers,in the fields,to be empathetic with them,not only kind and using some words.(Again, remember,this is Sunnah)
Basic Rights
Easy Availability of all facilities mentioned - Grocery,prepared meal,fruits,vegetables,dairy,medicine and healthcare facilities,shoes,clothes,laundary, saloon,furniture (and bills if needed).Raai and riaya hadees)Also,note the Prophet's teachings that they are "brothers".

-Robots,drones,AI and every possible technology for help
-Health parameters so that atleast malnourished people,or those suffering from autoimmune diseases,or diseases causing lethargy or,joint,bone or muscle pain,or having low bone density etc are given easy tasks (Humanity,and for muslims,every human is a Caliph of God)Also,take them as brothers

If the person is ineligible,the psychologist or psychiatrist would work on his personality/psychological profile +the health status to suggest him better field.

-Half domes or temporary shades/roofs at such workplaces or the SEU has to be executed from his status.Remember the saying of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w to avoid coming early for duhr prayer,in very hot weather.This is kindness rehem
-Retractable roofs if possible
-Sprinklers anyhow (poles,roofs etc)
-Kits with every worker having high nourished food and cold water and energy/protein drinks
-Recreational or entertainment activities
-Any tuaam facility connection,food drones
-Psychiatrist,occupational therapist and morality department everywhere,or atleast visiting weekly,for both parties,the workers and organizers
-Flying car ambulances if needed.
-Humane quality accomodation if needed.(geodesic dome or such camps etc but not under open sky)
-Ghurf vending machine
-Transport facility if needed
-Minimum pay not less than 4 Units even if the monthly grocery and other facilities are given
-If any person collapses,the organizer or seu should be questioned.
-Every worker would be having direct contact with MM so the complain of any oppression would be directly submitted to him and action would be taken within 1 week (samaaz)/ Holographic or online video meetings occasionally
-Ajr screens with samaaz at every such workplace
-Arrangement of surgical camps, specially for C section (care for maternal mortality rate).Good antenatal care facilities arrangement.Tetanus vaccine availability.Basic emergency treatments
-Children allowed to work but definitely according to their capability,with physical presence/invigilation of some elder from their side.(Cameras or sensors if needed/note the environment of the workplace)
-Any bruises or injury marks or signs of any kind of assault on them or any female or male worker,Rahman Jihadists and Samaaz would be activated.
-NO DEBT SLAVERY/BONDED LABOR AT ANY COST,A TYPE OF RIBA/USURY
-No forced labor
-No penal labor,no jail policy.
-No serfdom or such types
-No labor camps or prison camps
-Migrants from a war torn country-Good welcome and treatment as a guest, No S1,S2 roles atleast.There are some countries where such people have taken refuge and they are working as garbage men.

*special arrangements for transporting Food and grocery.Frequent Lcd events (bookings for grocery and other facilities)if they are not available in the same area
*Good and direct water and food supply at residences, specially drinking water.It is HUMANITY.No workload on already malnourished and dehydrated people to bring some water at their residences.Same for the woods to cook some meal.This is INHUMANE.
